We offer both mobile in-person notary services as well as Remote Online Notary (RON) services.

In-Person Notary

With our mobile  in-person notary service we come to a location that is convenient to you including home, work, assisted living or hospital. We serve all of Boundary and Bonner counties. We also serve parts of Kootenai County.

Remote Online Notary

Remote Online Notary (RON) enable customers to legally sign and notarize documents securely from any location, without in-person meetings. Through secure, real-time, two-way video communication, a properly commissioned notary verifies your identity using advanced technology, such as knowledge-based authentication and credential analysis, applying electronic signatures and tamper-evident seals

Bonded and Insured 

We carry the fully       required bond for our Commission in the State of Idaho. We are commissioned to provide both in-person and Remote Online Notary (RON) Services. We are also insured to provide notary services even though it is not required of us. This is for both our protection and yours.
